Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success, with opportunities to grow within a family-oriented company that values development and support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ weeks store leadership training program.
