Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to run a Panda Express location in the St. Charles area. You will hire, supervise and coach team members while steering toward financial goals and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will enter a structured leadership development path with training, evaluations, and a GM certification program (GO100) leading to future advancement within Panda.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing and managing associates to meet financial targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the store in Panda’s leadership standards and operational expectations to drive success.
• Participate in the development path toward General Manager through training and evaluation milestones.
