Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in the United States. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates, and driving financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

We provide 8+ weeks of leadership training and support from a caring Panda community. Full-time benefits include paid meals, medical/vision/dental, 401K with company match, PTO, and ongoing career development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations for a single Panda Express location.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and mentor the team through an eight-plus week store leadership training program.
• Ensure safety, quality and speed of service to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
