We provide an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success, with ongoing development, mentorship, and a strong Panda community focused on your career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to work in a store within a 50‑mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest expectations.
• Lead and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Complete the 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
