Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will manage a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Food safety/Serve Safe certification preferred or required

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program
