Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced store leaders to join our store management team in Ventura, CA. As a Store Manager, you’ll own the operation of a single Panda Express location, hire and direct associates, achieve financial goals, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program, ongoing development, and a generous benefits package including medical, 401K with match, paid time off, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and train staff through an 8+ week leadership program.
• Drive exceptional guest experiences and ensure timely service.
