Panda Restaurant Group in California is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager you will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location, hire and direct associates, and drive guest experiences to exceed financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial and guest-service goals.
• Complete an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success.
