Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Ventura, CA. You will oversee a single store, hire and lead associates, and drive financial and guest experience goals. A comprehensive 8+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
• ADA statement outlining physical requirements and working conditions.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership to ensure a successful store performance.
• Participate in an 8+ weeks leadership training program.
• Drive guest experience and maintain high standards of service.
