Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store in California. You will hire, lead and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences, supported by an 8+ week leadership training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store; hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and motivate staff to achieve high standards of service and efficiency.
• Participate in an 8+ week leadership training program to ensure readiness for store management.
