Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operation of a single store and manage associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, direct and supervise staff to ensure store success.
• Lead and complete an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program for new leaders.
