• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing staff to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
• Drive guest satisfaction and store performance to achieve targets.
