Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for opening/closing shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure execution of brand standards and drive store profitability.
• Participate in and complete an 8+ week store leadership training program.
