Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to hit financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in leadership training and progression toward General Manager (GM) role.
