Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal communication and ability to manage conflicts.

Aufgaben

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in leadership development path toward General Manager.
• Receive 12+ weeks of store leadership training prior to advancement.
