Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in Plymouth, MN is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

External hires join the leadership journey as part of our General Manager development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training and a clear progression toward GM certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Serve Safe certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and adapt to dynamic priorities.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• External hires begin their leadership journey as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path.
• Complete 12+ weeks of store leadership training and GM certification preparation.
