Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Michigan. You will be responsible for the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing associates, and driving financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin their leadership journey through our Store Managers track as part of a general manager development path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store and the performance of its team.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead store activities to ensure Panda standards, operations and culture are maintained.
• Participate in leadership development paths and prepare for future GM opportunities.
