You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location, hire and supervise associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A comprehensive 8+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success. We offer mentorship and a supportive Panda community to help you grow both professionally and personally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ weeks Store Leadership Training program.
