Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Michigan. As a Store Manager you will oversee daily store operations, hire and direct associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will begin your leadership journey through our 12+ weeks of training, with ongoing development and opportunities to advance toward General Manager, supported by the Panda community and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a single Panda Express store and drive financial results.
• Hire, coach and direct store associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership development path toward General Manager.
