Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Michigan. You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, guiding associates, and driving financial performance while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Coordinate with leadership training program and complete 8+ weeks of store leadership training.
