Job summary

Panda Express in Michigan is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

We will provide an 8 or more weeks of Store Leadership Training to prepare you for success, along with mentorship and a supportive Panda community focused on your growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide 8+ weeks of Store Leadership Training to prepare for success.
