On the track toward General Manager, you will receive 12+ weeks of leadership training and participate in the GM development path, with ongoing career growth and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles of home.
• Able to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire and manage associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
