Panda Express and Panda Restaurant Group in Renton, WA, are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You will hire, coach and direct associates to reach financial goals and ensure guest experiences are outstanding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily store activities and maintain quality standards while enabling a safe, efficient work environment.
• Participate in a multi-week leadership training program to prepare for success.
