Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager you will oversee a single Panda Express location, hire and direct associates, drive financial performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
