Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to hit financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Prepare for success through a 3+ weeks leadership training program.
• Lead with a focus on Panda values and store performance.
