Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You will hire, supervise, and guide staff to meet financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• You will participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success.
