Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to run a single location, lead staff, and drive financial and guest-service goals. You’ll oversee hiring, scheduling, and performance management while delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and drive store success.
• Oversee training and development for team members through leadership programs.
