Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to hit financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop the store team and execute company standards for service, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare for store management responsibilities.
