Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Papillion, NE to own the day-to-day operations of a single Panda store. You will hire, coach, and supervise team members to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin their leadership journey through our Store Management Leadership Training; after training and GM certification, you may progress toward General Manager roles within our Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Progress through Panda's leadership development path toward General Manager.
