Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will manage a single store, hire and coach associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

External hires embark on a leadership journey with a comprehensive training program, progressing toward General Manager after successful training and certification. Panda emphasizes development, culture, and community impact.

Formación

• Leadership experience with teams
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles of home
• Able to work flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts
• ServSafe or food safety knowledge preferred

Responsabilidades

• Oversee store operations and drive toward financial goals
• Hire, manage and coach store associates to deliver great guest experiences
• Lead the General Manager development path through structured training and evaluations
• Participate in leadership training and ongoing career development
