Job summary

Panda Express is an industry-leading brand seeking experienced store leaders. You will manage a single Panda Express store, directing staff to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences. A comprehensive 8+ week leadership training program is provided to ensure your success.

You will be responsible for hiring, mentoring and coordinating teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification or equivalent food safety training required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Participate in and drive leadership training to ensure store success.
