Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50‑mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, achieving financial goals and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, train, and supervise store associates.
• Lead a leadership training program for new managers.
