Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location. You will be responsible for hiring, directing and coaching team members to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success, with opportunities for growth within our company’s growing family of restaurants across the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for open/close shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Lead the 8+ weeks store leadership training program.
