Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for a single Panda Express store in Bethesda, MD to lead daily operations and inspire the team.

You will hire, supervise and coach associates, drive toward financial goals, and ensure guest experiences meet our high standards. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. Flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays is required, and you will be part of a supportive Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operations and manage associates to meet financial goals and ensure guest experiences meet high standards.
• Lead and direct team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain Panda standards.
