The role includes overseeing a comprehensive leadership training program, with opportunities for growth into higher management and ongoing professional development within a supportive Panda community.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management skills required to hire, train and direct store associates.
• Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles of home as needed to support operations.
• Availability for a flexible schedule including openings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified or able to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Oversee training and development to ensure store success.
