Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations including hiring and directing of associates to hit financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Oversee opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Complete an 8+ weeks Store Leadership Training program to prepare you for success.
