The company offers an eight-week leadership training program and ongoing development through the Panda community. Candidates must be flexible in scheduling and willing to relocate within 50 miles if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
