Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single location in your area. You’ll be responsible for hiring, coaching, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll complete an 8+ week store leadership training program, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and meal benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to meet financial goals.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure food safety and quality; manage guest concerns and service standards.
