Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single store, oversee hiring, supervision of associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll receive 8+ weeks of leadership training to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Will complete 8+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy environment with strong guest service.
