Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and staffing of a single Panda Express location.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Lead and manage the store team to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in the 8+ week store leadership training program to develop managerial skills.
