Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

We will provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program. We reward you with a generous compensation package including bonus opportunities, medical, vision and dental coverage, a pre-tax Dependent Care

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe food safety certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store and drive financial results.
• Hire, train, and direct store associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and support the 8+ weeks leadership training program.
