Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., seeks experienced leaders to join our store management team in New Jersey. You will help run a single location, hire and coach associates, and drive guest satisfaction and financial results.

We offer a 3+ week leadership training program and ongoing mentorship from our Panda community. Flexibility to work openings/closings, weekends and holidays is required; relocation within 50 miles is supported where feasible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to support store success.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks of store leadership training program.
