Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store and guide associates to meet financial goals.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Complete store leadership training program of 3 or more weeks prior to or during tenure.
