Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in the Houston area. You will oversee a single-store operation, hire, coach and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will also participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program designed to prepare you for long-term success. Panda offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid training, medical and other insurance, a 401(k) with match, paid time off,

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Lead store leadership training and development initiatives for the team.
• Drive continuous improvement to ensure smooth store performance and customer satisfaction.
