Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Houston. You will help operate a Panda store, drive guest satisfaction, and contribute to achieving financial goals while benefiting from our Store Management Leadership Training and mentorship.

We offer a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success, with opportunities to relocate within a 50‑mile radius as needed and a commitment to developing our family of associates.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals.
• Provide leadership training and support through the 3+ weeks leadership program.
