Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals.
• Provide leadership training and support through the 3+ weeks leadership program.
