Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for open/close shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing staff, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experience.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program for new and existing leaders.
• Ensure compliant, safe, and efficient store operations consistent with company policies.
