Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single store, drive guest satisfaction, and meet financial targets. You will hire, train, and direct associates while advancing through Panda's leadership development path toward a General Manager role.

The role includes 12+ weeks of leadership training, ongoing development, and opportunities for growth within a large family-owned concept.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor staff through training programs and development path toward General Manager.
