Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Fort Collins, CO. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an eight-week leadership training program to prepare you for success, plus ongoing mentorship and the support of our Panda community that cares about your development and career growth.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, training, and directing associates.
• Drive financial results and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
