Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experiences.
• Oversee hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve targets and exceptional guest service.
• Lead and complete the store leadership training program and GM certification pathway.
