Job summary

Panda Express in Kentucky is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a single Panda store, drive guest satisfaction, and manage a team of associates toward financial goals.

You will participate in a comprehensive 12+ week leadership training and GM development path, with opportunities for advancement and a strong Panda community supporting your success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• External hires begin their Panda leadership journey as part of our General Manager development path.
• Participate in a 12+ week store leadership training program and GM certification readiness.
