A structured 8+ week leadership training program supports your development and success within the Panda family. Must have a high school diploma, Serve Safe certification, and willingness to relocate within 50 miles of home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express location.
• Hire, coach and direct associates to achieve financial goals and provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide an 8+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
